Northeast Seattle Home Values
The median and average home values in February for the neighborhoods in northeast Seattle, Washington was $378,950 and $523,303. This includes the U-District, Ravenna, Bryant, Laurelhurst, Windermere, Sandpoint, View Ridge and more. Values were down to a new low in the last six plus years.
